These bells ring out the joy and happiness that only freedom can give. This freedom we enjoy was bought dearly with the lives of thousands of our men and women who went forth to defend our rights.
His carillon and clock tower is dedicated to those who gave up their tomorrows so our children and our children;s children could have theirs.
